I hope that is not correct about the two shows this weekend being the last of The Meters live. oh well, i got in two shows last year (fillmore) and 11.11.2000 reunion + countless zigaboo shows, leo shows, leo n zig, zig n leo, foundations of funk tour (geo jr and zig no cal 4 shows circa 2000) and more. But yeah i hope this ain't the end and I will be in the house on Saturday! Call me if you have an extra at face and i will meet you over there.

also note that New Orleans Social Club will perform at The Independent on Dec 29 in sf, i saw them at ACL festy in sept and loved them! Buddy Miles even showed up and played drums on "them changes"!!!
